A global professional services firm is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of multilingual Agency Account & Partner Managers, supporting strategic agencies within the digital advertising space. You'll drive performance, mentor your team, and manage key agency relationships for a leading social media client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
2. Manage strategic agency relationships and client performance
3. Drive revenue growth through data-driven sales initiatives
4. Hire and retain top talent; ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
Your Profile:
5. 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, ideally in digital media or agency environments
6. Strong understanding of the agency landscape
7. Excellent client-facing and communication skills
8. Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
