Laois, Ireland.Ballyfin Demesne has been awarded 3 Michelin Keys and recently received a Michelin star for our restaurant, headed by Richard Picard-Edwards.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the General Manager (GM) will oversee the hotel's daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional 5-star guest service.This is a full-time, permanent role working 5 days over 7, including weekends.
