Salary: €50,000 – €65,000

What you will be doing:
6. Managing the day-to-day running of the office and delivering on team and individual sales targets. Supporting your team to hit sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines — experience in all three is great, but not essential
7. Leading and coaching your team
8. Helping your team reach – and beat – targets
9. Working hands-on with customers and prospects, especially in the Commercial and Agri sectors
10. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
11. Supporting regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers
12. Ensuring smooth and compliant processes in line with company and Central Bank standards
13. Reporting on team performance and sales activity
14. Getting involved in local networking opportunities and community partnerships

Do you have the right profile?
20. CIP qualification (is a must)
21. People management or team leadership experience
22. You have a strong background in sales and relationship management
23. You know how to motivate and manage a team
24. You're organised, a natural leader, and great with people
25. You're confident managing sales performance and setting goals
26. You hold a full clean driver's licence
27. Strong communicator and mentor
28. Results-driven and goal-focused
29. Sharp on business and commercially minded
