Director of Supply Chain Optimization
The Director of Supply Chain Optimization plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations that meet customer demands and drive business growth. This strategic leader will collaborate across functions to align product offerings with customer requirements.
* Lead and manage the global supply planning function/team for assigned value chains, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Implement and stabilize plans and decisions from the monthly enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, driving data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Develop a comprehensive view of the demand plan to ensure data accuracy and visibility of demand signals, enabling proactive supply planning.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) fundamentals and supply chain operations. Experience with IBP and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is also essential. Up to 20% travel may be required for this position.
