Candidates must have strong Technical Project Manager skills, with a record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes, ideally including Cyber Security projects. This role will lead a cross-functional project team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery. There will be a dedicated Technology lead and IT Architecture lead on the programme, and the role will work under the guidance of a Senior Programme Manager.Required experience :10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.Proven experience in implementing major cyber security projects, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.Demonstrated ability to manage integrated teams comprising internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.Strong adaptability in dynamic business environments with multiple competing priorities.A highly analytical mindset, capable of proposing effective technology and process solutions aligned with business objectives.Proficient in structured project management methodologies, covering the full project lifecycle and tools such as MS Project and Jira.Experience working within a hybrid delivery framework, combining Agile and Waterfall approaches as appropriate.Degree-level education, ideally complemented by a professional project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
