We are launching the next cohort of the KPMG Graduate Programme for Autumn 2026. As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll engage in meaningful work in our Tax Consulting practice on a 3.5-year training contract, working toward ACA qualifications and Chartered Tax Advisor qualifications.

Responsibilities / What you will do
* Work as a leading advisor in the M&A space, advising on buy and sell mandates across sectors.
* Collaborate with a dedicated tax transformation and technology team, focusing on the cross-section between tax and technology (including AI to deliver tax services).
* Advise international tax matters for several large Irish and multinational groups.
* Engage in tax policy work and collaboration with government and stakeholders to shape tax legislation.
* Contribute to the R&D Tax Practice and advisory for aviation and finance sectors.
* Work across Irish and international tax regulations and review global business models and supply chains with senior management.
* Participate in economic and financial evaluation to design and implement global transfer pricing policies for major multinationals.
* Assist in defending international taxpayers against challenges from tax authorities on cross-border transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Current undergraduate student in final year or current master's student from any degree discipline.
* Minimum 2.1 university results.
* Demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.
