We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Neurovascular team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing hospitals, labs and customers, as well as prospecting potential new customers and users of Stryker NV products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain existing business while identifying and developing new sales opportunities in our Neurovascular accounts.
* Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
* Develop technical skill levels for in-servicing clinical staff and introduce new products in line with launches and training plans.
* Secure and renew existing orders by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, and consignment management.
* Maintain open communication lines with current and prospective customers on programs and Stryker NV products.
* Increase account penetration via value-added programs across our AIS, Access, and Core Hem franchises.
Key Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years Medtech sales experience with a proven track record of results.
* Natural ease to take ownership and a coachable mentality.
* Ability to demonstrate drive and desire to succeed and win.
