Catalyst Media, one of Ireland’s leading media and events companies, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Exhibition Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. We are now hiring an exhibition sponsorship sales executive to join our team, initially focused on The European Motor Show and then moving on to Dublin Tech Summit.

Key Responsibilities
* Exhibition sales and sponsor / partner management for The European Motor Show, Dublin Tech Summit and associated initiatives.
* Consultatively selling our event sponsorship / partnerships to prospective exhibitors and partners.
* Developing and managing relationships with event sponsors / partners.
* Identifying new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients.
* Maintenance of an up-to-date database on HubSpot.
* Forecasting and reporting effectively.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in exhibition sales or a related field.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs an advantage.
* Passion for events.
* Immediate start.
