Chef de Partie Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled chef de partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in this role and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Working on different sections of the large kitchen, including hot, cold, and pastry kitchens.
* Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and ensuring that dishes are produced on time for customers.
* Assisting in managing stock levels and contributing to kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Collaborating with the head chef and other senior chefs during service.
* Running a section of the kitchen with junior chefs and providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef de partie.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality.
