Regulatory Program Manager
to drive high-impact programs and initiatives across areas such as the
DMA and EU AI Act

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The ideal person will establish strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and objectives, and help navigate conflicts and competing priorities with diplomacy and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and management of complex cross-functional regulatory programs and initiatives (e.g., DMA, EU AI Act), ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
* Conduct comprehensive impact assessments on regulatory changes to identify required actions across Business Units and mitigate potential risks
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the development of project plans, business requirements, solution design, testing, cutover, training, and communications.
* Assess current processes for improvement opportunities and transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects. Meet or exceed project milestones (on time, within budget, and scope) through effective resource allocation, issue identification, and risk management.
* Facilitate transparent communication by keeping stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring regulatory changes and actions are well understood.
* Identify, automate, track, and report on project and program metrics for continuous analysis and improvement.
* Present regularly to leadership on status of Regulatory Program initiatives; escalate, explain, and offer solutions when risks/issues are present.
* Partner with teams across the business to drive critical regulatory activities, fostering collaboration across varying priorities and business interests.
Minimum Qualifications
* 7+ years' experience leading and managing global, complex, end-to-end programs, both technical and non-technical, spanning across multiple cross-functional teams and business units.
* Ability to guide, influence, and align cross-functional teams, effectively manage stakeholder expectations, while fostering team collaboration.
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly organise and convey information across functions and levels.
