Job Role Overview
* This role is a leadership position within our store, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of employee rostering, annual leave, and performance management.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive gross profit margin, net margin, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Implement planograms correctly and ensure the correct product range is in place in-store.
* Oversee merchandising and presentation of the entire store, maintaining the highest standards at all times.
* Engage with employees and management to promote good communication, a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
* Deal efficiently and professionally with customer queries, adhering to company policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant retail management position.
* Strong understanding of KPIs and targets, with the ability to achieve sales goals.
* Excellent communication, delegation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
