Senior Culinary Director
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Culinary Director to oversee the culinary operations of our high-end restaurant. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional management skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
* Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all menu items.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive innovation and growth in the culinary department.
* Manage kitchen budgets and inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
* Implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, developing menus, and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. HACCP certification an asset.
