Clarity are currently looking for CNM3 - Resource Coordinator and Float Team Management for a premier hospital based in South Dublin.
Requirements:
* Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI.
* Have at least 5 years post registration experience in an acute setting and 2 years management experience.
* Have proven clinical and professional ability
* Have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
* Competency in the English language is a requirement for the post
* Competency in use of Microsoft packages.
* The post holder must possess the skills to motivate and support staff at all levels.
