About the Role
Reporting to the Club Manager/Supervisor, you will assist in providing a safe and efficient environment for members.
* Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
* Ensure the smooth operation of the club during opening hours
* Support the Club Manager in promoting and upselling the club
* Perform general cleaning duties
* Process membership enquiries and finalize sales with customers
Essential Requirements:
* Fluent English language proficiency and excellent communication skills
* Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends - up to 30 hours a week
* Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid are mandatory
* NCEF qualification or equivalent is also essential
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
