HR Professional for Hotel in Co. Limerick
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our hotel team in Co. Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, playing a key role in day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and people development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and high emotional intelligence.
This is a part-time role, with 24 hours per week available. The salary range is €22k – €25k.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day administrative duties of the HR department.
* Cultivate a culture of employee engagement through effective communication and strong people management.
* Ensure all employee queries are responded to in a timely manner.
* Support Heads of Department in recruitment, training, performance management, engagement, development, and talent planning.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Deliver a positive onboarding experience to new employees.
* Maintain and update employee files.
* Schedule and coordinate training programmes.
* Support Heads of Department through disciplinary processes.
Requirements:
* A qualification in HR Management or currently studying towards one.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in an HR role or HR department.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Demonstrates high emotional intelligence.
* Strong leadership and conflict management abilities.
