Medforceare looking for a Senior Child Support Network Co-Ordinator with experience supporting children and their families in the South-West of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and coordinate a multi-agency steering committee for prevention, partnership and family-support, working closely with relevant statutory and voluntary partners.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager and the Children's and Young People's Services Committee to ensure integrated, outcome-focused support for children and young people.
Provide line-management and guidance to PPFS support staff, including professional and administrative personnel.
Develop tailored strategies for engaging various sectors (eg schools, youth work, primary care) and manage the Child & Family Support Networks (CFSNs) within the catchment area.
