The roles and responsibilities for this position includes:
The SCW will provide high level of clinical care to the patients
The SCW will provide quality person centred care to meet the needs of the patients in the community
The SCW will promote a caring environment for patients which is conducive to the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of the patients, through highest standards of professional practice
The SCW will ensure to provide care services at high standards in given assigned tasks and duties

Essential Criteria
QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent in a relevant healthcare discipline
Desirable Criteria
Up to 6 months of working experience in a healthcare setting
