Strategic Human Resource Partner
The organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resource Partner to support the HR department and site departments in driving business strategies and delivering people management.
* Assisting with staffing decisions, recruitment & selection, and employee engagement programs will be key responsibilities of this role.
* The successful candidate will provide guidance and counseling on employee relations, discipline, and performance.
* Investigating and managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures is also a requirement for this position.
In addition, the successful candidate will design and develop leadership training programs and run quarterly forums and HR Clinics.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
* A degree in Business Studies or other relevant discipline and professional membership with CIPD is required.
* At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist.
* A solid understanding of business concepts, HR procedures, and practices is essential.
