An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our F&B team. We are seeking an experienced Bartender who will be a valued member of our team.

The Role
* Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
* Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
* Preparation of bespoke and signature cocktails.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Up-sell and maximize sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.
* Maintain an organized and hygienic working environment, cleans routinely, and restocks as required
* Contributes positively to the team environment, works cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences to locals and new guests
