* 8+ Years of Business Analysis Experience: Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
* Strong experience with Genesys Contact Centre: Proven track record of success in implementing contact centre technologies and optimizing operations.
* Experience with CRM / WFM Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and workforce management (WFM) tools is essential for this role.
* Multijurisdiction Change Projects: Ability to navigate complex change initiatives across multiple jurisdictions is critical to success in this position.
