Key Responsibilities:
* Lead store teams to drive sales, minimize losses, and create exceptional customer experiences while maintaining visually appealing stores.
* Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration.
* Maintain visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floors and back rooms.
* Partner with visual merchandising teams to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
* Work with store management to develop business strategies and achieve company objectives.
* Focus staff on delivering quality relationships with internal and external customers.
* Ensure accountability of staff in building repeat customer bases through unparalleled service.
* Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
* Communicate with Store Managers to discuss sales drivers and develop strategies to maximize business.
* Create and implement visual presentation action plans.
* Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results.
* Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
* Build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.
* Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
* Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, key performance expectations, and provide guidance on improving performance.
* Prioritize providing a great customer journey and achieving exemplary mystery shop results.
