Job Overview:
The Restaurant Operations Lead will oversee daily activities in a fast-paced café environment, supervising a dynamic team and coordinating catering services.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Leading, supporting, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service
* Managing café floor operations, including customer service delivery, staffing, rotas, hiring, training, sales, and cost controls
* Coordinating catering bookings, menu planning, and logistics, while upholding food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards
* Responding to customer feedback and handling operational issues professionally
* Assisting in strategic business planning and ensuring smooth operation of both in-house and off-site services
Requirements:
* Self-motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service standards
* Strong communication skills and ability to deal with staff, customers, and suppliers in various situations
* Hospitality experience, with a focus on leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills
* Confidence in working front-of-house and behind the scenes with administration
