Service Director
About this Role:
The Service Director will oversee the operation of the service, ensuring high standards of care and management for residents and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
* Respond to resident complaints in accordance with organisational procedures.
* Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, supervision and mentorship.
* Cordinate multi-disciplinary appointments and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote a high quality of life for residents.
Key Requirements:
* A recognised degree in Social Care or a related field (QQI Level 7).
* A minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care.
* Relevant qualifications in Health or Social Care management.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
