Production Cell Leader
We currently have a vacancy for a Production Cell Leader within the precision engineering industry, working in a modern, highly equipped facility for a dynamic and growing company.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Operative, Lead Operator or Team Lead who enjoys being hands-on on the shop floor while guiding and supporting a production team.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Team Lead, Lead Operator, Senior Operative or Supervisor
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a production environment
* Ability to plan and organise daily workloads
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
* A positive, practical approach to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
* Plan and manage daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency and lead-time targets
* Maintain a strong shop-floor presence, communicating clearly with the production team
* Monitor employee time, training and performance, supporting engagement and development
* Ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues promptly with corrective actions
* Drive and support improvement initiatives
* Report accurately on production output, scrap, performance data and inventory
* Promote and maintain a safe, respectful and supportive working environment
* Ensure all safety devices are used correctly at all times
* Train, supervise and support team members in all aspects of their roles
* Support employees in understanding company policies and procedures
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of plant equipment, processes and quality standards

Pay: €38,500.00-€42,500.00 per year
