Griolladh is opening at Monread Fare in Naas, Co. Kildare! This is a great opportunity for anyone with food or beverage experience to be part of the opening team and help shape the future of this outlet from day one.
At Griolladh, we are passionate about great food and great service. Our specialty? Premium grilled cheese toasties, made fast and done right. We want someone who shares our energy, values, and commitment to quality.
Fully flexible, part and full time positions with varied shifts during the week and weekends are available.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and promote the menu as part of creating a welcoming environment.
* Respond to customer inquiries with genuine interest and kindness and assist with menu recommendations.
* Handle transactions accurately and securely in line with POS procedures.
Food & Beverage Preparation
* Prepare beverages and food with accuracy and care, following safety & Griolladh procedures.
* Follow food safety and allergen management protocols strictly.
* Contribute to a positive, teamwork-focused atmosphere during all tasks.
Store & Equipment Maintenance
* Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment, promoting high standards in presentation.
* Restock supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
* Maintain personal hygiene and store uniform standards.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
* Ensure all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming - reflecting the show up and support mentality.
* Dispose of waste properly and follow sanitation protocols rigorously.
Supporting Operations
* Follow opening and closing procedures, including set-up and breakdown.
* Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and delivery receipt processes.
Qualifications
* Customer Focus awareness that the customer comes first. You must have a passion for delivering excellent levels of service.
* Be able to address and resolve customer concerns.Knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems.
* Personal Drive you dont need to be told what to do. You know what is required to succeed and you go about doing it.
* Integrity honesty is the best policy when it comes to team work, and respect for everyone who you come into contact with, colleagues and customers alike.
* Teamwork you get on great working in a team. You know when you are required to lead and follow.
* Food knowledge this is desirable, but not essential.
