Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform accordingly.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and stay up to date with new features and capabilities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the more junior members in your development team.
Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for continuous enhancements and optimizations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
Manage client relationships, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Drive innovation by exploring new Salesforce technologies and third-party integrations that can enhance client solutions.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of hands on experience in Salesforce implementations, preferably within the financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura.
Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, complex Salesforce customizations, and integrations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
A strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
Experience of working with the Agile methodology.
Preferred Additional Experience:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Architect, Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve the speed and quality of software development.
Experience working in or with international teams, understanding of global markets, and the ability to navigate cultural differences.
Experience in negotiating with and managing third-party vendors and service providers.
A good understanding of modern technologies and architectural patterns. Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure is desirable.
An understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, and emerging FinTech trends.
