Customer Care and Sales Executive

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting sales growth, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment from enquiry to delivery.
What does my day to day look like?
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Manage the customer database and achieve daily call and sales targets (40+ outbound calls per day).
Accurately process orders received by phone, email, or website to ensure timely despatch.
Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation where required.
Liaise with warehouses for order despatch (manual handling certificate required).
Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling and upselling new products.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer details regularly.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support wider business objectives.
Monitor individual performance against KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
What experience is required?
Previous experience in a
fast-paced sales or customer service
environment.
Excellent
communication skills
— both written and verbal.
High attention to detail with strong
numerical and administrative abilities
.
Experience using
CRM systems
(e.g. Odoo, Salesforce) and proficiency in
Microsoft Word and Excel
.
Proven ability to
multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
.
Strong
customer focus
and relationship-building skills.
Manual handling certification
(for warehouse support duties).
