About the team
In Enterprise Engineering, we're not just building tools – we're crafting the backbone of Amazon's global productivity. Your work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of Amazonians across six continents, enabling them to collaborate seamlessly and achieve extraordinary results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Experience working with networks, IT infrastructure, or system integration
- 5+ years in systems or software engineering
- 3+ years managing technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related technical field
- AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification
- Knowledge of IT best practice frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and operational excellence concepts or methodologies
- Experience with infrastructure as code, ops automation, and configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, and unified communications platforms
