Job Summary:
A key account manager is needed to manage and maintain existing client relationships, while also identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves managing key accounts, providing a high level of customer care, and anticipating client needs by understanding their business models. This includes working with clients on projects, analyzing data, and maintaining an in-house knowledge database. A consultative approach is essential in providing clients with access to knowledge experts globally.
We are looking for someone who can develop strong internal and external relationships with customers, find innovative ways to enhance the customer experience, and participate in weekly and monthly meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build effective long-term relationships, and have a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
* Fluent Dutch and English language skills
* Strong administration skills
* CRM proficiency experience a plus
