Site Manager Position
An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of a new-build community development project in Co. Mayo.
1. Full site management responsibility from site setup through to handover, ensuring the project runs in accordance with the programme and health & safety regulations.
2. Oversight of day-to-day operations and management of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role for a main contractor.
* Previous experience delivering public or community-based projects desirable.
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety legislation.
* SMSTS or equivalent, valid CSR/CSCS card.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
