This vacancy is ideal for an adept Project Manager with a track record of successfully overseeing projects exceeding €20 million from inception to fruition.

The Role
Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
Collaborating closely with the design team to ensure seamless adherence to project timelines.
Providing support to the Contracts Manager to ensure the project's smooth and timely completion.
Effectively directing and managing personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
Conducting and coordinating weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action planning.
Ensuring construction quality while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
Working in tandem with the Senior Engineer to uphold impeccable work standards.
Requirements
Possess a degree in Construction Management or a related field (Third level qualification).
Hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within a Main Contractor or Property Developer setting.
Exhibit a proven record of overseeing projects valued at over €20 million, overseeing the entire lifecycle.
Ideally, have a background in engineering.
Demonstrate the ability to proficiently manage site programs and associated schedules, with the flexibility to update as required.
Showcase expertise in handling multiple subcontractors concurrently.
Display comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint, accompanied by exceptional IT skills and effective digital and visual presentation capabilities.
