Key Responsibilities
Analyse client business processes and requirements
Configure and implement software solutions
Collaborate with development teams to enhance product features
Design and execute test plans and quality assurance
Support clients through testing, go-live, and post-production
Provide high-quality customer support and resolve technical queries
Manage support tickets and change requests
Skills & Experience
Background in fund accounting, investment operations, or financial systems preferred
Strong data handling and/or SQL skills
Experience working directly with clients
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Degree in a relevant field such as computing, finance, mathematics or engineering
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of investment markets or fund administration
Experience with AI / Machine Learning technologies
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or development tools
Experience using support platforms or project tool
