Job Title Summary
Laboratory Supervisor
Reporting to senior management, the Laboratory Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Solutions Lab. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all production activities.

The Role
* Oversee daily operations of the Manufacturing Solutions Lab
* Build, lead, and develop team members while addressing performance issues and resolving conflicts
* Ensure a culture of safety and quality throughout production operations
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost
* Manage resources, time studies, and financials to maximize performance
* Coordinate across shifts, functions, and work areas to maintain smooth production
* Support new product introductions into commercial manufacturing
* Provide input into budget decisions and operational efficiency
* Stay informed on global programs that impact team execution
Where You Come From
* Relevant Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in solutions lab and/or manufacturing environments is essential
* Medical device industry experience advantageous
* Start-up and scale-up experience preferred
* Knowledge of digital factory operations and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent) a plus
