Project Management Opportunity
This is a key leadership role within a high-performing team, responsible for managing multiple project packages, driving programme delivery, maintaining cost and quality control, and ensuring all works are executed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of the project.
* Develop and implement project programmes, budgets, and resourcing plans.
* Oversight of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure performance targets are achieved.
* Maintain full control of commercial, contractual, and risk management aspects.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
* Liaise with clients, design teams, and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
* Monitor progress and prepare detailed monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the project team.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* Minimum 7 years experience in Project Management or Senior Engineer roles.
* Proven track record managing complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively.
* Competent in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Project, and other relevant systems.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive site culture.
