The Client Service Associate at DSI will have a unique opportunity to work directly with strategic clients. The CSA will be responsible for creating collaborative partnerships with our vendors to support the services for our clients. To be successful in this role, the CSA's communication and interactions with the customer must be clear, consistent, and high in quality with a sense of urgency in response to their inquiries. It is of the utmost importance that the CSA maintains a positive and cooperative professional relationship with everyone – customers, vendors, and their colleagues.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a CSA who is extraordinary! Excellent communication, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, and proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience in supporting workplace drug and alcohol testing in a customer service role and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we would gladly accept a High School Diploma with customer service work experience.
