Client Safety Manager - Data Centre Construction

In this role, you will:
1. Actively ensure risk control measures are implemented, assessed, and monitored
2. Attend key meetings to monitor progress, raise issues, and collaborate on solutions
3. Be a visible safety leader onsite, participating in daily health and safety management and safety audits
4. Create and implement safety strategies and procedures for the project, engaging all partners to support these efforts
5. Ensure contractors establish, implement, and monitor exemplary safety practices and procedures
6. Lead the maintenance of health and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001)
7. Assess safety incidents, evaluate findings, and ensure corrective and preventative measures are taken
8. Update key partners on safety management areas for the project
We would love to hear from you if you:
1. Have extensive safety experience on large-scale construction projects
2. Hold a degree or comparable experience in a related construction or safety discipline
3. Are chartered or on the path to certification (we can assist)
4. Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
5. Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
