Construction Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team and support various construction projects across Wicklow.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in cost management, procurement, measurement, and commercial reporting.
* Assist in preparing bills of quantities, take-offs, and cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
* Support the procurement process by obtaining quotations and preparing tender comparisons.
* Track and report project costs, variations, and progress to provide accurate commercial information.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, strong numerical and analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.
