Job Title: Contract Surveyor
To capitalize on our continued growth, we are seeking a seasoned Contract Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial and contractual strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit monthly valuations accurately and on time.
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring seamless execution.
* Process tender packages efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
* Request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, fostering effective partnerships.
* Develop a deep understanding of financial requirements, including commercial and contractual aspects, to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant third-level degree
* 5+ years' experience, preferably with a main contractor
* Previous projects experience in Construction/Civil Engineering projects (Datacentre, Hi-Tech, Pharma, Retail/Commercial, Residential)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent IT skills
