Assistant Store Manager Job
EZ Living Furniture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin Area.
1. Demonstrate a strong drive for sales, leading by example and continuously communicating with and motivating the team.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, taking responsibility as the main point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.
3. Continually coach the team to ensure product knowledge, company policies, and brand values are reviewed and reconsidered.
4. Manage people effectively, working in liaison with HR and senior management.
5. Complete regular reports for senior management.
