This position requires a strategic, commercially minded individual with a hands-on approach, capable of influencing both customer decisions and internal product strategy.ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging sectors.Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and meet revenue targets across Ireland.Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and procurement teams.Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other internal teams to tailor customer solutions.Product DevelopmentLead the research and introduction of new products aligned with market needs and sustainability goals.Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to expand and optimise the product portfolio. Monitor customer feedback, compliance requirements, and innovation trends to guide development.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product management.Proven B2B sales success, preferably within insulation, HVAC, cleanroom, or construction sectors.
