We're currently on the lookout for an Account Executive with a Recruitment background, to join our team in Belfast. As an Account Executive, focusing on contractor care, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the experience of contractors throughout their assignment lifecycle. In addition to managing contractor engagement and compliance, this role also supports business operations and assists with ad hoc marketing tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of Reperio Human Capital. Key Responsibilities: Contractor Care & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for active contractors, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Manage contractor onboarding, including documentation collection, compliance checks, and timesheet submission. Conduct regular check-ins with contractors to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve issues. Coordinate payroll queries, timesheet submissions, and contract extensions in collaboration with our Recruitment team. Oversee contractor offboarding processes & terminations, ensuring paperwork and compliance documentation is filed correctly. Maintain accurate contractor records within our CRM/ATS. Ensure contractor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are met according to Reperio's general company standards. Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance contractor retention and engagement. Identify market opportunities, and opportunities for future business. Business Operations & Marketing Support: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining our CRM system, and preparing reports. Assist with general business projects, research tasks, and data entry as required. Contribute to the development of operational documentation, templates, and process guides. Help coordinate contractor-related events Assist in gathering testimonials or case studies from contractors to use for marketing purposes. Help manage job board postings, recruitment ads, and online branding initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
