Project Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finishing Project Manager to join our team in Drogheda, Co Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all finishing works from the final stages of construction to handover, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
* Manage and coordinate all finishing trades, subcontractors, and site staff, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
* Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications.
* Develop and manage detailed finishing schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and projects are completed on time.
* Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring all works are completed within financial constraints.
* Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met and to provide regular progress updates.
* Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the finishing stages of a project.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and techniques.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Proficient in project management software.
* A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
