Job Title: Hotel Receptionist
This role involves welcoming guests in a polite, friendly, and inviting manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
The responsibilities include setting up meeting rooms, managing audio-visual equipment, preparing function rooms for conferences and events, and assisting with serving and clearing after events. The individual will also help guests with luggage and support other hotel departments as needed.
This position requires working 5 out of 7 shifts, including weekends and weekdays.
Skills Required
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and cope well under pressure
* Previous experience as a Receptionist is advantageous but not essential
