Purpose of the role
The candidate filling this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation’s business functions and will play a key role in supporting the Operational Excellence Team to drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
1. General Business Support – Assisting with PO Processing, Timesheet Approval, Travel Arrangements, Onboarding, Visitors Arrangements, and required admin tasks.
2. Communications – Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly communications – scheduling, preparing files, and presentations.
3. Event Management – Organising team events, meetings, and conferences.
4. Supporting the Operational Excellence/Business Intelligence department to achieve business priorities.
5. Learning & Development – Supporting planning and execution of learning initiatives and providing other support to L&D/HR.
6. Supporting relevant projects as required.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of overall experience, including any industry-specific experience needed.
