INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:Job Title – Site coordinator / ForemanProject – High Volume ResidentialJob Location – Dublin AirportSalary – €60,000 - €70,000 + vehicle About the CompanySpecialist timber frame manufacturing company who supplies kits to big developers in North Leinster – they projects could be up to 400/500 units at a time.They require a Site Coordinator to act as a representative for the company on these sites to ensure teams are erecting the kits on time and to a high standard.They would look at someone with a carpentry/ roofing background who wants to come off the tools in a less hands-on roleA finishing foreman who has experience with timber frame housing would also be ideal.The RoleCoordination and supervision of the installation of timber frame kits on a high-volume housing developmentAct as a point of contact for the GC, direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.Report into and support the Project Manager and Main ContractorOversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.
