Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A relevant qualification in social care or healthcare, such as a FETAC/QQI Level 5 Major Award.
* Motivation, compassion, and energy to work effectively as part of a team.
* A strong commitment to empowering individuals through a person-centred approach.
* Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing situations.
* A full driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
