Job Title: Personal Tax Compliance Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to join our team as a Personal Tax Compliance Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage a challenging client portfolio for personal tax compliance.
* Assist with the management and delivery of compliance services to ensure optimal resource scheduling and process efficiency.
* Contribute to the strategic agenda for the future of our personal tax compliance services.
* Proactive management of a portfolio of clients including financial and risk management.
* Motivate the team to perform at their best, make a difference and deliver results.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building a team with the capacity and capability to deliver high quality personal tax compliance services. They will also have excellent business development and relationship management skills, while maintaining the ability to take direction from senior colleagues.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is AITI / CTA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 10 years' tax experience. You should have strong leadership skills and a proven record in managing teams. Your organisation and planning capabilities should be strong, and you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
