Lead Social Care Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Social Care Professional to join our team in Wexford. This role offers the opportunity to work with vulnerable young people in residential services, providing them with the support and care they need.
The ideal candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent, as well as experience working with young persons in social care roles. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Qualifications:
o Minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
* Skills:
o Full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland)
o Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
o Eligible to work in Ireland
o Experience working in services where TCI is used
o Minimum 2 years' experience working at Social Care grade with young persons
