We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the management of construction projects from start to finish.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demonstrated leadership abilities and project management skills. They will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring they are organised, motivated, and productive.
* Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, project plans, and quality standards.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. They should have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a construction environment.
In addition, they should have excellent carpentry skills, including proficiency in framing, trim work, and other carpentry tasks. They should also have strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
