Health insurance is a central component of the company’s employee benefits offering, and this role will contribute significantly to how the proposition is positioned, sold, and expanded internationally.This is a commercially focused role operating across insurance, partnerships, and market growth. You will work closely with insurer partners, corporate clients, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver tailored health insurance solutions across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and selected international markets.The role includes responsibility for sales campaigns, pricing coordination, proposal delivery, client engagement, and supporting market expansion initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the positioning and sale of health insurance solutions across direct and partner-led channels.Deliver sales-focused initiatives designed to increase adoption, policy uptake, and revenue growth.Act as a subject matter expert in health insurance discussions with clients and prospects.Support the development of employee benefits propositions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Research and evaluate health insurance providers in new and emerging markets.Adapt solutions to align with local market requirements, regulations, and customer expectations.Contribute to revenue and growth strategies for both existing and new territories.Work closely with leadership and expansion teams on commercial priorities.Manage relationships with partners, insurers, intermediaries, and corporate clients.Coordinate pricing submissions, scheme structures, and commercial arrangements.Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, compliance, product, and operations teams.Support delivery of a seamless customer experience across multiple stakeholders.Provide regulated health insurance information in line with relevant regulatory standards.Ensure all sales activity aligns with internal governance and applicable financial services regulations.Support compliance reviews, audits, and insurer governance processes where required.RequirementsAPA qualification in General Insurance or Insurance Product Advice.Several years’ experience in health insurance sales, employee benefits consulting, or a related commercial insurance role.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and support revenue growth.Strong understanding of health insurance products and market dynamics across Ireland, the UK, or European markets.Experience managing complex stakeholder and client relationships.Strong communication, commercial, and relationship management skills.PreferredExperience working with partnership or embedded insurance distribution models.Exposure to international health insurance markets.Experience contributing to product, process, or operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable collaborating across product, customer success, operations, and commercial teams.
